Meet The Founder
Talal Allaf founded Isle of Innovation to help organisations develop leaders, strengthen teams, and create positive culture change through practical learning.
His interest in training began early in his career while working in the sales division of an Apple Computer Centre in Syria. After attending a sales course, he saw first-hand how the right development experience can open new horizons—building confidence, capability, and long-term motivation.
Since then, Talal has worked across different countries and cultures before moving to London and establishing Isle of Innovation. A lifelong learner, he brings energy and optimism to every programme, and collaborates with a wider network of associates who share a commitment to education and meaningful change at work.
